Monthly facials keep your skin looking fresh and your mind healthy.
Why do we recommend monthly facials? That’s because the outermost layer of your skin completely renews itself approximately every 4 weeks. Receiving a monthly facial helps ensure these new skin cells come out appearing healthier and more vibrant than before. Here are some other benefits to consider:
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Hydrates and exfoliates the skin
- Reduces signs of aging

Proper use of sunscreen keeps your skin looking youthful longer.
As the weather gets warmer and more and more time is spent outdoors, it’s increasingly important to put on sunscreen before leaving the house and consistently reapply throughout the day.
The minimum recommended sunscreen protection for light outdoor use is SPF 15, however for those with prolonged outdoor exposure, the minimum recommendation is SPF 30.
Not only is sunscreen great for protection against skin cancer, it’s also helpful for minimizing the affects of aging the sun’s rays can have on the skin.
For those who do have signs of aging from years of sun exposure, our practice offers IPL treatments for rejuvenating the skin.
