Case 189

30 year old male. Patient has been self conscious of his chest appearance since high school. He had never used steroids. At our Indiana surgery center, an incision was made around the lower edge of the areola, and the underlying excess breast tissue was removed. Additinally, liposuction was done to even out the contours. A compression garment is used fro approximately 4-6 weeks after surgery to help reduce swelling and aid in leaving the skin  surface smooth. His after photos demonstrate a significant improvement in his chest contour with a more masculine appearance.
