Gynecomastia Before & After Case 145

This 30-year-old paramedic was very concerned with the presence of excessive breast tissue, a condition called gynecomastia that he'd dealt with since puberty. Dr. Galante performed the surgery while the patient was under general anesthesia at Lake Park Surgery Center in Hobart. Using small incisions, Dr. Galante removed the tissue that was responsible for the patient's condition before closing the incisions with sutures.
