This 28-year-old woman from Indiana scheduled a consultation with me at my Schererville office to discuss breast augmentation in Indiana. At 5'3", 123 lbs, she wanted fuller breasts to fill out her clothing. When I examined her, I found that she had no sagging and fairly symmetrical breasts, and since she was healthy and close to her ideal weight, I agreed that she would make a good candidate for breast augmentation.

We discussed her options thoroughly, starting with the type of implant she desired. After looking at both saline and silicone implants, she chose to have silicone gel implants, which many women think feel more like natural breast tissue. Since she wanted to go from an A cup to a full C or small D cup, we agreed that 400cc, high profile implants would achieve the look she wanted. I recommended that I place the implants below her pectoral muscle through a small incision in the inframammary fold below the breast.

After her Indiana plastic surgery procedure, she recovered nicely in the comfort of her own home before returning to have her postoperative photos taken. As her photos show, her breasts are much fuller and look very perky. Her breasts should settle more in the coming months. She was very happy with her results.
