This 30-year-old hairdresser from Indiana decided it was time to increase the volume of her breasts after breastfeeding two children. As is the case with many mothers after pregnancy and breastfeeding, her breasts looked deflated and had a sagging appearance. This patient's bra size was between an A and a B cup when she visited my office and inquired about breast enlargement in Indiana to enhance the size of her breasts and correct their slight asymmetry.

During our consultation at my Munster office, she explained that her goal was to achieve a full C cup, and together we developed a surgical plan to create the shape she wanted. As an Indiana plastic surgeon, I offer several different options for breast augmentation procedures including implant type, implant placement, and incision location. I assist each patient in selecting the right methods for her body so that she will enjoy results that look and feel right for her shape.

This woman selected an approach that would require incisions beneath the breast fold, with the implants placed beneath the chest muscle. Together we decided on 350cc saline implants, which I filled to 400cc on each side.

This young mother has healed beautifully. In her "after" photos you can see that her breasts are now symmetrical and balance much more attractively with her body, helping to create a more feminine figure. She healed well and is very much enjoying her new breast shape and increased volume. After her breast augmentation procedure, she now feels much more confident about her breasts and is very happy with the way they look and feel.
