Case Details
This 36-year-old woman wanted improved fullness in her breasts after having a child. She felt that her breasts had a "deflated" appearance. She visited our Schererville, Indiana office to discuss breast augmentation. She and Dr. Galante planned the surgery, ultimately choosing smooth, round, moderate profile implants.
Dr. Galante performed the surgery at Lake Park Surgery Center while the patient was under general anesthesia. Once he made the initial incisions, he created a pocket for the implants below the patient's chest muscle (known as a submuscular placement), per her preference.
In her "after" photos, you can see that the patient achieved the curvy results she wanted, with a natural shape. Her cup size has gone from 36B to 36D, and today she is quite satisfied with her results.
