This 34-year-old mother of 2 met with Dr. Galante at our Schererville, Indiana, office to discuss enhancing her breasts. The Chicago waitress breastfed both of her children and wore an A-cup bra size. Women who breastfeed their children often lose volume in their breasts and desire breast enhancement surgery.

After discussing her options with Dr. Galante, she decided to get breast augmentation with Natrelle® low-profile, 460-cc silicone gel breast implants. Silicone gel implants are the most popular choice at our practice, as most patients believe they feel and look more like natural breasts than saline implants. Dr. Galante made inframammary fold (IMF) incisions at the base of the breast and placed the implants behind the existing breast tissue but above the pectoral muscle during her surgery at Lake Park Surgicare in Hobart.

As you can see in the before-and-after photos, the natural-looking results provided the patient with the enhancement she desired. She increased to a DDD-cup bra size.
