To my valued patients and friends,
In the 30 years I have been in the practice of plastic surgery, I have been blessed with wonderful patients, a gratifying career, and a supportive staff. Currently, with the growth of my practice, the ability to meet this goal has become difficult as patients are having to wait months for a consultation and even longer to have their surgery. In order to better accommodate this growth, I am excited to announce that effective June 15, 2022, Dr. Rebecca Garza will take ownership of my practice, and will join me in serving our surgical patients. I welcome her in beginning her private practice and look forward to working with her to provide the best quality care to our patients. My search for a partner has been long and comprehensive. After interviewing many candidates, I narrowed the list down to someone who has the same values, the same vision, and the same work ethic as myself, and that person is Dr. Garza.
Dr. Garza joins us from a world-renowned teaching institution, the University of Chicago. She served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery on the forefront of contemporary plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures and techniques. She received her medical education at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her residency training in plastic surgery at Stanford University. Dr. Garza then added to her skill set with a fellowship in microsurgery at the University of Chicago. Her passion and expertise reside in breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.
Dr. Garza’s knowledge, experience, skill, and bedside manner will add to my existing practice in innumerable ways. I have the utmost confidence and respect in Dr. Garza, and together, we will continue my mission of providing compassionate plastic surgery care with the highest standards for patients in northwest Indiana and the greater Chicagoland area.
We look forward to together serving your cosmetic surgery needs.
