After having 3 children and breastfeeding all 3 of them, this 27-year-old woman from Indiana was unhappy with the look of her A-cup breasts. At 5'5 and 110 lbs, this woman was a good candidate for breast augmentation because she was healthy and at her ideal weight. B to C cup breasts would balance well with her frame, but since she had little breast tissue to begin with, she would require larger implants to achieve the size she wanted. She chose to have 325cc high profile silicone gel implants placed in each breast. The high profile implants would give her breasts more projection and would create an attractive amount of cleavage. I placed her implants below he pectoral muscles through small incisions beneath her breasts, or in the inframammary fold.

After she was given time to recover from her surgery, she had her "after" photos taken to show the improvement. Her breasts are much fuller and have a nice, feminine contour. She was happy with the results of her Indiana breast augmentation.
