This 24-year-old woman from Valparaiso, Indiana wanted to have fuller breasts. At 5'9", 137 lbs, she was a small B cup and wanted to be around a full C cup. After considering breast augmentation in Indiana for a while, she decided to schedule a consultation with me at my Valparaiso office. During her consultation, we discussed what type and size of implants she wanted to have. I explained that both saline and silicone implants are safe and effective, and after she weighed the options, she chose to have 350cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants. The profile of a breast implant is a measure of how the implant projects from the chest wall; moderate plus implants provide for a feminine breast slope that looks very natural. I placed her implants under her pectoral muscles through a small incision located under her breast, or in the inframammary fold. After her plastic surgery in Indiana, she recovered nicely and returned to have her "after" photos taken. She was very happy with her results.
