After weight loss, many women find that their breasts don't match their new physique. This 36-year old mortgage broker had lost 30 pounds in just 1 year and was uncomfortable with the way her breasts looked afterward. In cases like this where the patient's breasts are uneven before surgery, sometimes there will still be some asymmetry afterward, but my patients tend to have a very balanced, even results afterward and usually any remaining asymmetry is difficult to notice.
