This 30-year-old woman is a bartender from Griffith, Indiana. After having her first child, she made great efforts to restore her appearance, losing 25 pounds in one year. However, her breast size did not benefit from the changes, and after accomplishing so many of her goals through diet and exercise, she decided to make a change in this area as well. She felt that breast enlargement in Indiana would be the best way to get the small-D bra size she wanted, so she scheduled a time to meet with me at my Schererville office. When I meet with patients, I check their physical characteristics to make sure surgery is medically appropriate for them, but I also take the time to make sure they have realistic goals and offer feedback where necessary. This patient appreciated being able to share her personal goals, and she felt reassured by the fact that I perform breast enhancement for many mothers with similar concerns. Together we discussed which surgical options and implant types would meet her goals for full and natural-looking breasts. I performed her outpatient breast enlargement procedure at the Munster Same Day Surgery Center, while she was under general anesthesia. I created an inconspicuous incision underneath each of her breasts and inserted her empty saline implants behind her chest muscle. Then, I filled each implant to a flattering 410cc. The patient is very pleased with how much more feminine she looks and feels after her procedure, which increased her cup size from a small C to a small D. Her breast enhancement in Indiana has definitely achieved her goals for a fuller and more balanced look, and her new breasts complement her body very well.
