Procedure Specifics
LATISSE is a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis (inadequate eyelashes).The active ingredient, bimatoprost, works by lengthening the eyelash growth phase and increasing the number of lashes grown during this period.

Treatment with LATISSE is wonderfully simple. It's easy to incorporate into your nightly routine at home. First, cleanse your face and remove your contact lenses. Prepare the applicator, then sweep it along the base of your upper lashes. Blot any excess with a tissue.
Results appear in 4 weeks, with optimal improvement occurring after 16 weeks. If you don't love your new look, just stop using LATISSE. Your lashes will gradually return to their pre-treatment appearance.
Side effects are rare but may include eye redness and itching.
